(3) Animals may be confiscated if due to the committed administrative offense they cannot be left in the possession of the person who committed the administrative offense.
(1) An official, when issuing a decision in an administrative offense case, shall decide what actions should be taken with confiscated property and documents, taking into account that:
4) confiscated animals and confiscated means of transport are handed over to the State Revenue Service;
